Shipping Information

Where do you ship from?
Orders within the mainland United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses) ship from our USA warehouse. International orders ship from our China warehouse.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

How long does shipping take?
USA orders: 3–7 business days. International orders: 7–20 business days, depending on location. Tracking is provided once shipped.

Plug & Compatibility

What plug type will I receive?
We ship the correct plug type based on your country’s standard (e.g., US plug for USA). Note:
- AU Plug Variant: Ships with an EU plug camera + AU adapter.
- UK Plug Variant: Ships with an EU plug camera + UK adapter.
If needed, you may need to purchase a separate adapter for your region.

Can I charge devices while recording?
No. For best performance, do not use the camera to charge phones, power banks, or other devices while recording. This ensures stable power and high-quality video/images.

Product Usage

How do I start recording?
Plug the camera into a wall socket to begin recording. Unplug it to stop. It’s that simple!

Does it overwrite old footage?
Yes, the camera supports loop recording. It automatically overwrites the oldest files when the memory (up to 32GB, not included) fills up.

How do I view recordings?
Connect the camera to your PC or Mac with the included USB cable. Use Windows Media Player or VLC Player to watch your 1080P HD videos.

What’s the motion detection mode?
Press the button to switch between “L” mode (loop recording) and “M” mode (motion detection). Motion detection only records when movement is detected, saving space.
